Youth Fall Party. Join us November 2 from 2-5 pm as we celebrate the change of season to fall. Wear a cozy sweater (or a silly one), and get ready for fall themed activities, snacks and prizes! Meet at Missio Dei, grades 4th to 12th are invited. Register here so we can plan on your attendance!
Bible Class: Understand Apocalypse. Join us Sunday, 11.17 at 9am for our next Bible class as we dive into the rich and mysterious world of apocalyptic literature. Books like Daniel, Ezekiel, and Revelation captivate us with their vivid imagery, sparking both wonder and confusion. Few sections of Scripture have generated more debate and disagreement than these, but how should we read and understand them? Most importantly, how do they ultimately point us to Jesus, even when they feel so different from His teachings? Register here!
Guiding Team Update. This past week during Missio Voice we thanked Rebecca Aneloski for her two year term on the guiding team. We also welcomed Amanda Lingle as a member and Josh Pugel as an advisor.
Missio seeks to build our nomination pool for the guiding team. If you have anyone in mind who’s contributing in a leadership or service role at Missio, consider nominating them to join the team! You can nominate individuals by emailing the Guiding Team at team@missiodeislc.com or filling out a nomination form here.
Missio Work Day. Join us on November 10th following service at 11:30 for a work day. We will be organizing closets, painting classrooms, and, weather permitting, we might even do some work outside. We would love to have you help, and will be providing lunch! Register here!
